That’s probably what most women would think, including a lady called, Catherine Cheng.
She was born on the Chinese island of Taiwan but later came to live in USA, where her weight mushroomed and she put on about 60 pounds in
weight. She desparately wanted to lose the weight but nothing seemed to work.
Eventually she began to wonder about all the slim women that she knew back home in Taiwan and wondered what their secret was. After much research she discovered it – Asian women seem to naturally burn more calories than western women.
When she discovered their secret she quickly lost 62 pounds in three months. And the best news is that she did it without going on a crash diet and without a single visit to the gym!
